I was lucky enough to get the recipe for water to undeath for a reasonable price so have been making these but (unless I am very unlucky) it seems like transmute mastery cannot proc on this as I have never seen one yet.
Not sure if this is a bug or intended but I think it should be possible (or clearer on the quest it only works on arcanite).
