Maybe this is just an idea from a designer which i got by playing Diablo but tier sets or legendary items could have some transparency in them. Especially cloaks could have a facelift and working seamlessly with the tier? Does the team consider having this feature applied in the future? Now the design of tier sets and armor is focused highlighting helm and shoulders.
