Travel form - same speed as cat?

Hi, a relatively noob druid here. I have gotten cat and travel form and I cant see any difference in speed. Is that correct?

The difference is very minimal until you get to level 38 and learn improvement on your travel form. Before that, your cat form runs at 130% speed and travel form is 140% speed. But after level 38, your travel form is going to be 200% speed, although if you active it while still in combat, it’s going to be the default 140% speed.

Thanks for your thorough reply Rainbrew

U may active war mode for more xp and there is pvp talent that increase your speed by 100(making it 200) always… Which is nice for leveling but not sure at what lvl it unlocks and if its for all specs tho

If you mean Malorne’s Swiftness, that’s level 40 I believe and only for Feral and Guardian. But it doesn’t increase your movement speed by 100%. It increases it by 20% while inside battlegrounds and makes you always move at 100% speed while in travel form. Meaning you cannot be slowed below 100% movement speed while in travel form.
