Hallo, I got this cloak, but it did not add to my wardrobe, can not even use it for tmog. Is it intended to work this way or there are some errors?
This is indeed intended, not all items can be used for transmogrification.

There don’t appear to be any with that exact model, but looking through the appearances tab with the “uncollected” filter might show some that are at least similar (ie the Drape of the Hatcher) - the in game wardrobe tends to be a nice quick way to see everything possible to get, and then hovering over it will tell you where to start looking!
