Traveler's log final reward the cosmetic set will it return or limited time only?

so if this month is over the set is gone forever? or it will rotate back at some point?

Blizzard have said that the items will rotate, but no specifics on how long.

I’m thinking once per expansion (2 years) on average, but that’s just my speculation.
