There’s nothing that you (or game masters) need to do. Creating a ticket will not resolve the issue. We’re all waiting for the developers to continue their work on a fix.
I know that you’re all waiting on the reward that you’ve earned, and I’m sorry that this bug happened in the first place. This issue happened on Tuesday last week, and will probably require a little bit of time to be resolved. I wish I could tell you how long this will take, however we know as much as you do right now.
We’ll be sure to update you whenever we have more information to share.
As mentioned previously, this is a known bug, and our developers are working on fixing players who were affected by this issue. There is no reason at this time to submit any bug report.
