I am amazed that blizzard was actually working on it and super happy for all those who got the mount eventually! However i was one of those able to purchase the mount before it was displayed in the adventure guide and have not gotten my tenders back

these tenders seem really volatile, yesterday they were all gona and today they are back. still missing the depthstalker tenders tough
really sad with those tenders i could get the zebra mount and next month the hand mount
I am also still missing my 600 marks. I am still in contact with support. I’m being told that I never bought the mount. But I know for sure that I bought the mount before I reached the 1000 travel points.
i dont know about your case but i bought it day one or mb day two and i did get my tenders back like two days before november super stoked thx blizzard now all im still w8ting for is my alpha frame for heroes of the storm
Your account has now been checked by a game master, by our developers, and by me (just now). I can confirm that you’re mistaken: you did not buy the Depthstalker mount in October (which was the reward of the monthly track), and did not lose 600 Tenders.
You can check your account’s history yourself on the website, you do not need to take our word for it: Transaction History - Virtual Wallet.
Players who managed to purchase the mount due to last month’s bug were refunded the 600 Tenders. For example, Faylan’s purchase was refunded on October 23.
Thank you for your answer Yryadorne. I know 100% that I bought the mount from the trading post. A friend of mine was in Discord with me at the same time and talked to him about this incident.
I also don’t understand why it doesn’t appear in the purchase list.
Was it possible to check when exactly I had the mount in my collection and when I collected the 1000 travel points? There must be a difference here.
Your case has been investigated by several employees from different departments, and you have yourself verified that you did not lose 600 Tenders in your account purchase history. I’m afraid that you’re simply mistaken when you claim that you purchased the mount when the bug was active.
