The issue still persists unfortunately…
Yeah still no news after almost 2 weeks and the Depthstalker mount is still missing, for all of us that completed the Traveler’s log on October 1st before the hotfix. This is unacceptable and should be a priority to fix.

Just my daily check for an update on this mount… sigh… guess we’re still waiting 
Any update? I will make it my mission to keep this thread here for eternity if that is what it takes

In the meantime everytime i see someone riding that Mount i talk to myself, why i was so fast to finish the Task, Lessons learned i guess from now on i gonna take my Time (a few Days at least) to fill that Bar.
10+ Years ago it was possible that a GM would contact you and give you that Item direct in your Bag. “Ironie on” The Technology seems to be to advanced to do that now days i guess “Ironie off”
See you guys on Wednesday morning (Weekly Id reset on EU Servers) were probably nothing has Changed.

2 weeks to give players a mount that should be given day 1 due to a bug.
Developers are aware of this problem and they are
notworking on it.
I think they put a hidden “not” in the html of the forum that we didn’t see xD
They have other priorities I think but, this is literally a joke. In 2 weeks they fixed a lot of bugs that could also stay in the game but… giving players thing… OH OH OH
I hope we will get this mount eventually lol

13 days… nearly two weeks! unacceptable. Everyone should be asking for refunds soon.

Update please. Could just send one to everyone that completed the TP, if theyve already got the mount as intended, it will just say already known.
Not really sure what the issue is, but ive lost faith in these kind of bugs being anything actually complex after so many minor bugs have taken so long to fix.

Still waiting too but, most likely, devs are focused finishing preps for 20th anniversary event before they fix this.

I have the Mount, i logged in and it was automatically in the Mount Collection so everyone you should have the Mount now, take a look.

Can confirm, on EU servers, that I also finally found it in my mount journal when I logged in!

That’s good news. One bug fixed, many more to go.
Glad to hear it. 
A hotfix was deployed during the maintenance, and players who completed the track on the first day should now have their mount.
I’m unsure if this was addressed with the same hotfix, but we’ll try to update you when we have more information.
Edit: the fix for lost Tenders will come at a later date (to be confirmed), so it’s normal if you haven’t recovered your 600 Tenders yet.
