Can we all agree that the % for drop on the Tyrael’s Charger mount is way too low? makes it unfair a lot between players who get it after 2-4 or 6 kills and those that kill the goblin 130 times like me and many other people I’ve encountered. The insane server delay during the fight makes it almost impossible for some people to even get the chance of looting, also making a time limited event where a lot of players simply won’t be able to get the main reward is kinda unfair in my opinion, what do you guys think?

At 0.92% the drop rate is extremely low.
I can understand that Blizzard wanting to avoid the usual rush to get it early, (leaving later players struggling to kill the mob), but it needs to be achievable for those that want it without stressing anyone out due to FOMO.
They could do this by confirming it will definately be on the Trading Post this year, either as a quest or cheap tender.
Be nice if they add the weapon transmogs for cheap tender too. I still need the 1H and 2H maces

yeah, it’s returning, but it will cost 900 trading currency or close to that. It’s not like you get it for free like now. People want to use their currency to get other transmog items.

But as far as I know there has been no official confirmation for it being in the trading post, also if it’s gonna cost 900 tender then it’s double unfair than it is now.
Well that depends, if you like something you’ll get it. Trading post rewards will return again anyway so cba.
As far as I’m concerned, there’s no event. Half hour intervals are just enough to be disruptive for doing other irl activities and there’s no way I’m going to lock myself to WoW duty all day 130 times for a chance at a mount. Especially when collecting isn’t even worth it anymore in this game.
It’s not a seasonal event where you hop in, do your 2 minute instance, repeat on a few alts, done and if you don’t get the mount it’s fine, try again next year.
Even if you don’t fall for the FOMO, it’s not fun and doesn’t leave a good taste. It’s a punishment for not going FOMO mode and no one enjoys that.

Well luckly you can do the event in raid group and share items with other so its np. As far as mount farming, just do it once a day with main at least, its like love rocket - increased chance on first try. If i dont get it in try #1 i just log off for the day.
It’s pretty miserable tbh… yeah it’s only a mount but the method of laggy/messy acquisition is poor. Some bad luck protection here wouldn’t go amiss.
To be honest, it could be a good idea to implement that on mount farming in general, just make it account bound protection and slightly increasing per account kill per week.

Why don’t you all just relax and stop having having irrational fear. It’s just a line of code in a video game, nothing special. I even read people bought it with real money previously anyway, so what is the value? This past price worth logging in every 30 minutes? No?
It was on the cash shop for New Year, I am certain it will return there, on the Trading Post or Twitch.
I don’t quite see how that helps with the mount if everyone wants it. 
It is disruptive, even while levelling or playing the game.
Good that there are plenty of chances, but bad having to check a timer and relog an alt.
Honestly though, IF they release it on the Trading Post (which has not been officially stated anywhere, it is all speculation), I don’t mind if I don’t get it during the event. If I really want the mount, I will just spend my tenders. And atleast I will have control over it by working towards it in game.
If it does not go on trading post, then yea, the drop rate is a bit low…
Ehmmmm I got it on my 2nd kill. So no, I don’t agree.
My experience is different from yours. 
It’s not unfair; everyone has the same CHANCE.
I don’t think its unfair. I also don’t think that this is the last time we see the mount.
I ALSO don’t think this mount is even worth worrying about; it’s ugly as sin.
Some of the other rewards are more interesting imo.
Overal I don’t like FOMO though; so there is that.

It’s a bit like the headless horseman mount and the pink love rocket, both of which have never dropped for me. It’s rare and only a few will get it.
Luckily I don’t need the goblin mount as I’ve got it from whatever gave it before (and it’s not tradeable; most things are whether you’re in a group or not but not the mount).
But the thing is headless horseman mount, love rocket will return in the yearly even while this one will not, so if I want it I have to kill every single goblin I can’t and there’s no guarantee I will get the mount, while someone will get it 2nd try and brag about it like if he did something special we all didn’t to get it
