Ouch.
I don’t think this kind of event is healthy for the game honestly.
30 minutes between each event , coupled with the FOMO , don’t think it’s healthy, many people may lock themselves IRL to have a shot at getting the mount.
I would’ve much preferred a significant higher droprate (let’s say 3-4%, seems reasonable) on a 2 hours timer.
This way you could’ve been doing stuff IRL , be away from your home for 4 hours, and only miss 2 events.
Also , the very (very) low droprate is kinda dispiriting, I must’ve killed the gob maybe 100 times already, an no mount yet to be seen…
I’ve gotten the battle pet maybe 20 times or so though… 
I’m seriously doubting the drop rates some of you are reporting. I got it, several of my friends got it (one of them on first try), my brother got it just yesterday, and I’ve seen tons of people using the mount in the open world. That would be extremely unlikely if the drop rate was as astronomically low as some of you here claim.
It’s a rare drop, it’s supposed to be somewhat scarce, but seeing the amount of people who already got it from this event, it has to be significantly higher chance than other rare mounts.
Tha bad part of it that it clearly plays into the field gambling, it can superfast build up the “if I quit, it would drop the next time” attide, even from players who usually not in danger of gambling addiction.
And the mostinfuriating part that this is goin paralel of the Classic xp bonus, so instead of levellin chars there, I am bound here, with a cruelly calculated wating time.

This event is a joke.
He should be renamed to just “Goblin”. The mount’s drop rate is absurd.
I would like to get back to playing Diablo but i am balls deep in FOMO for this “Treasure”. If i could possibly receive this hoofed rehashed beast of 12 polygons i would be thankful. Have not showered in days, starting to see treasure in the fabric of my carpet. The goblins coming to get me.
I do think it’s probably too low for an event that is only here for a few weeks. It’s not like Headless Horseman that will be here every year nor a Invincible which can be tried for every week of the year forever.
Not sure what the percentage is, I believe it’s higher on your first attempt of the day (per account?).
