I have a problem with this daily quest. I have done all required quests to enable this daily. So dar saw it once over last 7 days. Bellow link to similar unsolved problem.
So just in case I did basic action like clrear interface, remove addons etc. and nothing. Wrote a ticket to GM with all the details and he didnt even read what i wrote telling me to “abandon” daily quest that is not showing and check wowhead and do a questline. No help.
I heard from one guy on chat, that it apears every few days. I said ok might be true, but still on my main, quest reset every 24 h.
We’re not currently aware of any issues with the quest at the moment. It is a “rare” quest that is not always available though, so it’s possible that it’s simply not available right now.
Checking external sites such as Wowhead may help provide further information on this

3 times blizz advised to check wowhead and each time I wrote I already check wowhead and there were no info. And its not a rare quest. Its a daily quest which reset every day on my main. And about my main:
14/11/2020 - no q
15/11/2020 - it was available
16/11/2020 - no q
17/11/2020 - no q
18/11/2020 - no q
