Trial mail

Can you let trial accounts send and receive mail from account alts?
Sucks so much getting nice boe loot set mog items but all being boe: can’t mail = vendor trash.

If you want to play like a full account, you will need to have a full account by buying gametime.

If you don’t feel that it’s worth paying for the use of a mailbox to send or receive items, then that’s your answer.

The Starter Edition is meant to give you a trial, a limited taste of what unlocking it fully could be. And it’s exactly doing that. Allowing you to do more would not be a Trial anymore but just playing the game.

So the reason this exists is because of Chineses gold farmers was selling gold through doing these things

Yeah. Stop being cheap.
If you want to play a game; support it.

The WoW trial is awful tbh
Trial should be level 50 imo

It’s 10 bucks… If it’s not worth 10 bucks, how is the sub cost of 15 a month worth it?

You must be absolutely clueless if you’re suggesting that… it’s done to prevent free farming [bots] on FREE accounts.

A char locked at 20 would harm nobody having mail tbh.

For BOES and the such bots use guilds and banks there is so many bot banks that have been reported being level 20 would not make it any different .

difference between a “FREE” account’ and a paid for account. Free would make the botting situation infinitely worse…

No because you would need to be max level to farm the area’s and raids were as a 20 you can not.
They could put a max amount of mail you could use per week for a free account.

And tbh insulting the OP was not needed you could have put it some other way.

Just wondering how you’re posting in this forum if you don’t have game time.

You’re the one who wants to play this game for free and open it up even more to nefarious gold farmers and bots and whatnot. Sounds to me like you are the selfish and short sighted one.

Have a good evening.

Even I don’t mald that bad

Well, don´t get me wrong, my best friend Starney was able to post with expired subscription

just let the new players explore the game without paying by credit card

indeed wow trial sucks so much, all the time since wrath the free trial sucked

another argument with free trial level 50 is fine, to get access with professions, disenchant and crafting

The restrictions on free trials make sense. However for just a months sub people can play everything up to the current expansion. Thats pretty good value for money IMO. So without buying any expansion people can play up to 60 in Retail and try all the Classics.

It doesn’t make sense at all really. Level 20 isn’t that much into the game in any regard. Surely the objective is to offer enough to get a new player really interested and hooked so they subscribe to continue

Makes no sense to me to extend the free trial. It will make the experience worse for everyone else. Any genuinely interested player can pay a months sub and unlock most of the game. Its great value.

We will just have to agree to differ.

I don’t mean to sound offensive but we are in a cost of living crisis. Monthly subscriptions to games is heavily dated as it is. It doesn’t hurt anyone , nor make the experience worse for anyone, to increase the level cap for trials and open up a bit more of the game.

Comments about not getting enough new players then this surfaces
