Just was wondering how long the process is going to take right now as of this moment for Ensemble: Funerary Plate of the Chosen Dead. Basically trial of Valor normal set mog for a quest that is given for a Trials of Valor legion raid.
You have to collect 1000 Valajar soul fragments and well…
Since 7.3.5 they are no longer dropped inside of the raid from trash mobs , instead - they are only dropped from mere 3 bosses which yield anywhere from 50-100 of those … per boss… wow… Also the quest Vrekt Landing gives around 10 of those.
So , anybody who may have done that quest in order to get the mog - How long is it going to take , or is it just outright better to forget about it ?
(A little off topic question here in regards to the use of additional loot tokens that are acquired in Zandalar for honour mark / gold / war resources. - Are they usable in SoO for tusks ? In the case of yes , how do I enable them or what not ? )
Takes a few resets but worth it and do it on mythic if i recall they give a few more.
Also there’s a few world quest mobs that drop them check wowhead for which ones.
SoO tusks use a different currency there’s a guide for it and were to farm for the currency .

Tried doing it on mythic with friend shaman - we got easy on the first boss (Odyn and two others ) but the second boss was nuking us with fire attack, despite standing in coloured sections of which fire debuff (i.e - I had purple and friend had green ) we stood in our zones and we still got blasted to shreds
Yeah i think if you can try 3 people there and i know sounds weird but flask and food buff help a lot.

what difficulty are you doing the raid on? doing different difficulties each week might yield you more, atleast during legion even lfr would reward it. So you could try farming it on lfr + normal/heroic/mythic. It should decrease the amounts of weeks you got to farm it ona single difficulty
How do I select / make it so that it’s lfr difficulty ? So far I have done it once and it was on normal as heroic and mythic solo is impossible . Mythic is impossible with two people .
