Now I’m stuck on The Torch of Pyrreth because I completed Artifact Secured and didn’t get that torch. This is ridiculous. As @Cerberon already wrote, the whole quest chain is buggy as hell…
Is no one capable to check the whole quest line for just working? I mean quest rewards are just not provided as they meant to be. This should be no hard fix, should it?

We did get a bug in for this from earlier reports, which I had hoped would be fixed in time for the update, but sadly was not.
But it is known at least, and hopefully we can get a fix in for this one as well soon enough!
Plus one on the missing quest reward for " Artifact Secured", toy is never given out to character 
I also didn’t get the torch of Pyrreth after copmleting the quest… So now it seems we’re stuck again.
So is there any current information when this is going to be fixed ? 
I don’t think they are fixing this any time soon unless a lot of people get really vocal about it.
Blizzard can’t be arsed with fixing these things anymore. Maybe after 5 years it’ll be fixed maybe not.
