Tricks and Treats of Kalimdor

Hello there.
I’m a new player, been playing 4 weeks ish.
I have played a few MMOs before and very much enjoy cheevo hunting!
I am currently concentrating on the time limited cheevos of the Hallow’s End event.

The cheevo ‘Tricks and Treats of Kalimdor’ asks you to visit all the Inns with candy buckets.
I have ticked off every Inn except ‘Silithus, Cenarion Hold’.
When I go to Silithus there is a giant sword in the ground where the town of Cenarion Hold should be.
I have searched the whole of Silithus and not found an Inn… as it is a somewhat barren wasteland…
Am I missing something? Or is this cheevo no longer completable?

You need to go to Zidormi and change the timelin. She is marked on the map with a speech bubble.

For anyone else with the same issue…
Zidormi is in the north east of the Silithus zone. If you speak with her then the zone changes to the ‘before sword’ state and you are able to go to Cenarion Hold and complete the cheevo.
