But I would love to be able to configure it somewhat. Ideally an APL where I can check for buffs, debuffs, resources and maybe exclude some spells which I prefer to manually cast.
Just suggestions. But for the lazy player like me that doesn’t want to try-hard anymore this is absolutely godsent 
Try GSE add-on if You want to have configurable one button macros.
It has its place. I’m totally fine with it to be used in casual environments within wow.
I play around with the OBR on the phone using Nvidia now, it’s cool for gaming in bed or at a hotel. That been said, it would be cool have a little more control over it.
Irisi is right, you could use addons or macros, but for those that don’t want to use addons some more control would be nice.
