Trinket question

So i got 3 trinkets to pick from. I have. I mostly do mythic+:

So’leah’s Secret Technique: Use: Select a player in your party or raid, granting them 17 of their highest secondary stat, and granting you 105 of that same stat, for 30 min. I like that i just use this in the start, and i’m good to go. As i’m not the best at using everything (i have abilites i rarely use). Plus it works through the entire run

Overwhelming Power Crystal: Use: Deploy a power crystal which beams arcane energy into you, inflicting 541 Arcane damage over 15 sec and granting you 558 Critical Strike for the duration. (1 Min, 30 Sec Cooldown). Just more to remember to use

This is one that is recommended.
Inscrutable Quantum Device: Use: [???] (3 min cooldown)

for m+ i prefer using crsytal as it pairs better with breath (and usually most other CDs). the device at a 3min feels wonky

secret tecnique is a stat buffer simple as that
