Oh man, can’t wait to save the oppressed masses of Zuldazar.
Maybe get more troll guilds and individuals to hang around the city in Shadowlands too? Would be awesome.

The resident roleplayers of Dazar’alor had a pretty cool event. The Painted Shields were asked to respond to an uprising of Amani trolls, NPC’d by the Hand of Zul.
Great to see the troll roleplayers collaborating to pull off wholesome roleplay in Dazar’alor. Nothing more wholesome than quelling a rebellion in the Golden City.
Are you a troll? You gotta come join!!
Earlier this week we officially announced the first ever campaign within the Terrace of Tribes, Shadows of Zuldazar, starting on the 6th of September.
Zandalar and its inhabitants received a really cool storyline in Shadows Rising and as your generic roleplayers, we can’t help but putting ourselves in the shoes of those that defended Zandalar from the likes of The Widow’s Bite.
It’s a great time to join the community and participate in this campaign.

Hyped for the campaign ngl, what more could AD troll community ask for…? Apart from troll beards, that is.
What was supposed to be a lively market, teeming with life and business ended up in a massacre as vendors and citizens aliked drew their blades from their scabbards and sashes, revealing themselves as renegades of the Widow’s Bite.
They lashed out on to the citizens, causing chaos in the city while they struck out at their targets. Queen Talanji and Bwonsamdi. While the former was barely escaped her demise, the Barrow of Bwonsamdi was being raided until the renegade’s attack was quelled by the city’s defenders.
It was too late before they realised the Widow’s Bite had taken off with the priesthood of Bwonsamdi.

One of the best events I was ever in(not biased btw), so hyped up to experience the rest of the campaign!
Scouts searched Zuldazar tirelessly for any trace of Widow’s Bite members that took off with the priesthood of Bwonsamdi. Deep in the thicket, they found ruins that were lit up by torches throughout the area and Zandalari dressed in black and white were spotted peaking from the bushes. The scouts reported back to Dazar’alor and in a desperate attempt to quell this new threat immediately, defenders of Zandalar were sent out to check these ruins.
They marched through a clearing and towards the ruins and were soon hailed on by a volley of arrows. While they were pinned down by arrow fire, the Widow’s Bite revealed themselves, screaming bloody murder as they charged.
The defenders of Zandalar pushed the Widow’s Bite back, following their retreat to a village within the ruins. After clearing the village, they found the priesthood held prisoner.
Just for a moment, the defenders were confident the sun would rise on a hopeful Zandalar until suddenly a beam of dark voodoo rose from the swamps of Nazmir. The sky began to darken as clouds shifted in an unnatural pace. A great storm covered Zandalar and none could see the horizon beyond the island. A shadow loomed over them and there was no way out of it.

The Widow’s Bite had been rampaging all across Zuldazar, attacking the shrines built for Bwonsamdi and it was only a matter of time before they attacked one that was close to Dazar’alor.
The defenders of Zandalar rallied together and stood against their carnage to protect the shrine.

The Widow’s Bite continued their rampage on Bwonsamdi shrines down in Nazmir and they had been spotted by one at the tar pits. The defenders of Zandalar joined lieutenant Juho’s forces and made their way down.
On arrival, they saw the Widow’s Bite celebrating as a blaze of fire engulfed the steps of the shrine and dark rangers were shooting at it. As they looked closer, they realised the dark rangers were aiming at Zandalari children who were tied up above the shrine!
Lieutenant Juho’s forces attacked and the defenders lead by shadow hunter Yoka charged at their flank, fighting through Widow’s Bite and avoiding the fires.
They encountered dark rangers and by then no one had a doubt that She was conspiring with these rebels but their efforts became futile as the entire tar pits set on fire.
Juho called for a retreat but those children were still above the shrine. Defenders saw a Darkspear shaman step into the fires and use the wind elements to save the children by a hair! No one knows if that brave shaman survived, but rumour has it he was dubbed as the Light of Shoal’jai.
The Horde sent reinforcements to Dazar’alor to join Queen Talanji’s forces as she lead an army to Bwonsamdi’s own necropolis in Nazmir, the last remaining monument devoted to the loa of death. With the Widow’s Bite and dark rangers drawing closer, this battle would determine the fate of Bwonsamdi and the Zandalari Empire.
Defenders of Zandalar lead by talanjite Vulai were given the task to cover the queen’s flank and while navigating through the marsh surrounding the necropolis and the battle, they were attacked by blood trolls that were attracted by the commotion and the stench of death in the air.
After overcoming the blood trolls, the defenders reached the necropolis but then encountered dark rangers that fought the trolls to the death. The queen’s forces routed the enemy’s armies and defeated the Widow’s Bite leader.
In time, the storm began to clear and peace was brought back to Zandalar and the allegiance between the empire and the Horde had never been stronger.

A Gurubashi ritual night was held by Speaker Yoka in the enclave of Tal’Gurub. The attendants praised the loa of Stranglethorn as several sacrifices took place to sate each and one of them…
