How are Horde players supposed to complete Trouble in Gnomeregan quest as the guards kill you before you can find the NPC that you need to find.

 Sadly Pet Battles are in a total mess today anyway. Think someone forgot to put the plug back in to the Pet Battle computer.

Maybe they think Horde folk don’t play Pet Battles.

Found this on wowhead not sure if it’s of any use:-

As a Horde player, do not walk into the dungeon/instance as you will be teleported to Grom’gol when you leave. You need to speak to Micro Zoox to go to the pet battle.

Ignore the map marker for quest turn in, it is wrong. Micro Zoox is just outside the instance portal for Gnomeregan.

The coords are 31, 71 (once down the elevator and are in the entrance area of Gnomeregan).

If you’re horde, the ideal, death-free way of getting to Micro Zoox is the following:

  • go to Grom’gol Base Camp in Nothern Stranglethorn
  • take the teleport into Gnomegeran
  • create a custom group and instantly leave it (or join an existing group)
  • wait a minute to get teleported out of the dungeon
  • You’ll spawn right before the NPC! No deaths, no repair costs!

I haven’t tried this myself, but it sounds plausible.

@Punyelf - I am not sure if you are just trolling or simply failed to understand. I wasn’t asking for directions; I knew where to find Micro Zoox. The issue was getting past the several level 123 elite pvp guards, that if they don’t kill you leave you severely wounded for you to just get ganked by a level 90 paladin at the bottom of the elevator.

@Gráinne - thank you for your response - I tested this today and can confirm that it does indeed work. Though I wasn’t sure at first as it takes about ten seconds or so after leaving the “party” before you get the notification saying, “You are not in this instance’s group. You will be teleported to the nearest graveyard in 60 Seconds.” and then have to wait the extra 60 seconds before it kicks you out right near Micro Zoox and NOT the graveyard like the warning says.

@Blizzard - How about a pet battle in Ragefire Chasm next so the Alliance players have to fight their way into Orgrimmar to get to the pet trainer.

When you say everyone I assume you mean
 just you. Maybe you should moderate your generalisations in future just to say, I dunno, ‘in your opinion’. That way, ‘everyone’, can make their own mind up.

There are some here that truly value those that ‘try’ to help rather than just spout lines of nothing as a form of response to posts.
