Trouble while switching from 1 country to another (Russia)

Hi Wow-ers,

I wanna share my frustration, with you all, as i find it kind of unfair, to certain degree.
I was living for some time, first in Ukraine then Russia, i was living there before all warr happened, i am Croatian citizien, and currently living in Germany, dont have nothing with any of parties involved of wars, have 2 accounts, one was during time i was living in Ukraine, and second was made while i was living in Russia, the reason for that is i would run GDKP-s in free time, so i did things like that to earn gold easier way. Anyways, i’ve supplied same documentation for my Ukraine account, and they switched my info no problem, however since this is Russian flagged account they can not.

“We are unable to verify a relocation to Germany, and can’t proceed with a country change for this account.”

This was their reply on my request, they could verify relocation from Ukraine, however not from Russia, even i am not citizen of Russia or anything. My documentation is Croatian, and i have offered electricity bills, multiple + my ID confirming i am Croatian citizien, living in Germany currently

The reason i never requested for this was, because i was always getting time through reedem codes, and gold recently. It was my main source of getting those, however since i want to do Character Transfer to another realm, i am forced to switch countries, otherwise i wouldn’t even care about it.

You cant tell me that all my efforts that i made on my account will go to waste, just because i lived in Russia, i mean Blizzard really? I’ve worked for EU company that was located in Russia, what should i do? lol i mean its really dumb how one game went so political, that wont even assist EU citizens.
Hopefully someone can explain to me, how i can supply right documents or i dont know what, or support, as in tickets, they are just repeating them selfs, same, like copy/paste its kind of anoying to even speak with support as they are kind of ignorant to any requests or any questions.
Hopefully someone if can suggest me what i can do further. Thank you for reading .

EDIT: My account is now locked, since i am writting outside of Russia. Oh cmoon Blizzard! is this possible?

This article here explains how to have an account unlocked, including a link to submit a ticket. You may be asked for further documents such as Proof of ID.

It doesn’t matter what your country is, only the country you were in when the account was created.

If you provided them with enough proof and they still won’t change it then you are out of luck.

They will say they have a right to close accounts and refer you to the terms and conditions.
