We purchased 2x physical copies of Collector’s edition World of Warcraft Dragonflight. I paid for the order on 10/31/2022 and the shipment still hasn’t been delivered to me. I also ordered one of the books that was damaged and I contacted support for replacement.
I have already returned the package and was told that I still have to wait. But back to the collector’s editions. I contacted support several times and was told they still need to check stock. I won’t mention that I’m losing patience, but it’s been a really long time since the game was released. I asked the support team if there is any possibility of compensation for waiting so long, they said they are not able to answer.
I wonder if the game will arrive before Christmas, if at all, and in what condition it will be, because I’m really worried that I’ll never play the game due to the long wait and experience with the book.
The Blizzard Gear Store is an independent entity, and Blizzard has no control or influence over them or their policies, I am afraid.
They just bought the rights to exclusively sell Blizzard products. I am afraid, that other than advice, the people on these forums will be unable to assist.
I was wondering if anyone had a similar experience or if Blizzard would see this for themselves. I know I won’t do much about it, but at least it will get into the subconscious.
There’s a huge thread in the forum about damaged boxes because they were badly packaged and replacements not arriving … but I’m not sure I’ve seen anything about the original boxes not arriving. All you can do is keep messaging the Gearstore. As Trovlak said, I don’t think there’s anything Blizzard staff can do.
Unfortunately, it already happens that I request to chat with an agent, but after a long wait and I get the message “Sorry MY NAME our agents are busy just now, someone will assist you shortly.”, I have already lost faith, because since yesterday they just cut me off the chat
