"True" Adventure Table Campaign Progress after changing Covenant

Hey there,
I changed the convenant two weeks ago, and have noticed the currency that tracks the current table level I can check via /script print(C_CurrencyInfo.GetCurrencyInfo(1889).quantity) is out of whack, as I have retained the Progress I have from my old covenant. However, the rewards seem to be stuck at the lowest possible level.

Is there a way to find out my “true” Adventure Table Campaign Progress?

EDIT: To clarify:
I still have the currency from my old covenant. The CURRENCY, but not the actual PROGRESS FOR REWARDS carried over - e.g. I am at progress 18 but still have rewards as if I were at level 20. I am earning progress ON TOP OF THE CURRENCY/PROGRESS THAT CARRIED OVER. But I have rewards as if I don’t. I would like to know where I CURRENTLY REALLY AM. (As I do not know my actual progress, any examples are simply made up…)

I do NOT complain about my progress being reset. I am complaing about NOT knowing where I actually am.

PS: As according to Wowhead it’s tracked as a hidden currency, I sometimes call it that in my posts.

You should get the adventure table campaign missions as you level the new followers and you can use that to determine your current level. The new Covenant starts from scratch so you need to do them again.

Sadly, you don’t seem to understand what I mean. I tried to clarify in the original post. For further clarification:
I still have the currency from my old covenant. When I do a mission now, I am earning progress ON TOP OF THAT. But the rewards I can earn are as if I don’t have any carried over progress. I would like to know where I CURRENTLY REALLY AM.
