Hey folks, I need the red version of the Truesteel Greaves. I’ve been told I need to upgrade them but I don’t know how and I can’t seem to find an answer on wowhead I was told to use a relic of the past but others have told me that’s wrong.
Can any one explain how I get them.

To upgrade to level 3 I think you need “relics of the Past” but I’m not sure which number.
These ones they have 3 colours 
The things that you used to use to upgrade them are now grey items.
I can’t figure out what they are 
I tried a, relci and it does nothing.
I think the relic has to be used when they are made.
This might shine some light on it .
They have said to plan on fixing this issue as it made old items unobtainable.
I dont feel like a lot is getting fixed tho…
I honestly cant say I have high hopes of it being fixed either eventho they “gave us a word”-about it. :\
It created a lot of panic buying at the time. I presume we are currently waiting for that later date.
