I have now been trying do this incursion on EU horde for about 30 mins. I see about 5 ally assasins on the map, and every time i release im surrounded by a raid of alliance.
What i don’t understand is why alliance get a quest to kill 25 horde players and get a 370 item and horde dosen’t.
And when is this buff balance going on? I still see ally with 30% with clearly more ally players around.

you have warmode enabled, go back to your city and turn it off … insta solves this

I guess being a dominant faction isnt good enough so no other options remaining

So i should just give up 10% bonus, while ally still get’s 30%. You can’t even complete quests in a raid, it’s past doing their weekly since they have been there for more than 30 mins. I don’t get why it needs to be like this for ally to actually do war mode, there is no 1v1 or 1v2 or 1v3. It’s 1v20.
I was in a hurry yesterday and it was the same thing. They just camped one quest and killed everyone. The Horde will form a party to retaliate but there is a constant flow of people needing to their 25 kills. I didn’t have time to faff about with forming/joining a raid to repel them so I turned off WM in the Inn nearby, did that one quest in non WM, hearthed back, used portal to Org turned WM back on and did all the other Assault quests as normal (in WM).
At regular intervals a bounty would pop up on that spot in Zuldazar and they’d be killed and lose it again. Then five/ten mins later a different bounty would pop up and they would be killed. Rinse repeat.
I did do the assault earlier today without seeing a single Alliance but I guess you can be unlucky and end up in one of those shards with many. You can either turn off WM or you need to form a party with others in the zone/list it in group finder and kill them. You can’t complete the quest in a raid so once they are dead you can complete and move on.
Actually you can now turn it off in any “rest zone” meaning in any base where you can swap talents …
But it seems you can turn it ON only in main city …

Yeah yeah, turn off warmode. But why is there an alliance only weekly quest for warmode? That’s what im not getting.
Because there is more War Mode off in Alliance then in Horde, not in one assault in a very specific time, but during the whole week 24/7.
Because you just happened to go into one of the very few shards that have alliance in it. Most of the shards are still completely dominated by Horde. There are still waaay way more Horde players with WM ON than Alliance, hence their rewards are 30% and they have the weekly quest.
kk i will give you a solution
get worldquestlist or similiar addon and just jump shards - allience are most of time farming 25 kills just on 1 shard so them momeent you join group on different problem dissapears 
because without this quest allience wouldnt turn WM ON even with 30% buff 
and devs have to justify their broken system somehow.
there is no better way to force people into doing something they dont want to do then toss very high guaranteed gear for doin 10 minute activity

It’s just flipped around. It was disgusting trying to get anything done on alliance before this. Every major quest and flight point was camped by tons of horde.
Jyst gotta do the same as we had too. Make big groups/turn wm off/rage quit.

No, we don’t have to do any of those. All we need to do is switch to a different shard.
the incursion that just ended in nazmir had a raid group of nearly 40 HORDE camping the alliance sub where the finish their quest. so both factions are still being camped. we are just unlucky with our sharding i guess.
Try playing as an ally. For every ally you will see in kul thiras or zandalaar you will see 10 horde players. The horde players in general are more aggresive and team up more than allies as well. But yeah boohoo if allies actually form a group for once to complete their quests. And they arent always in raid groups. Most of the time its just several smaller parties coming together after being killed tons of horde, so they stay together to do their quests
