Trying to recover my old wow account

Hello, this is strange but I imagine not uncommon

I’m trying to recover my old wow account

I have got the password, I’ve found my old phone with the authenticator app-the app isn’t working and dosent send login requests etc

I can log in as far as SMS or authenticator

I can do neither as I last logged in maybe 2016 and have a new phone/number but stopped playing due to work

I have original product key, authenticator recovery and serial number(it says invalid but its the only one I’ve used, imagine it’s out of sync due to not being turned on for many years

Here’s the main issue

NO RESPONSE TO ANY TICKETS FOR 2-3 WEEKS

I have gone as far as making a new account and buying a new sub to try and get through to a real live chat to no avail…

PLEASE HELP

Where are you making tickets as they’re answering within a couple of days at the moment?

legit his account been his friend for 10 years on this account and im still active! blizzard sort out ur customer support!

A link to where he’s making the tickets might help explain it. As I said, Blizz seem to be answering far far quicker than that at the moment.

Support>account>not listed>still need help> gives me the option of Web ticket, or sometimes live chat option pops up but says unavailable within opening hours

I need direct response from a Gm to explain the situation fully

GM’s don’t message you unless you have a valid ticket. The forum staff are NOT in-game GM’s, and the forums are not a way to contact the in-game GM’s, I hate to tell you.

I don’t think live chat is operating at the moment. It doesn’t seem to be open at the times offered, anyway. You’ll need to make another ticket. It still seems very odd they haven’t replied for 2-3 weeks though.
