Can;t find the right place to post this so sorry in advance.
Does anyone know if we will be able to use static flying in the Dragonisles from the get go once TWW is out? I have several lvl 60 chars and would be nice if this was possible without achiv etc.
Also , will we be able to level 1-70 without going to the Dragonisles if we chose? via chromie time,

To my knowledge it’s gonna be available but I might be wrong there, an eduacated guess nothing more so take it with a bit of salt
If previous expansion are what we are going off of you should be able to get to 70 through chromie time from pre patch onwards, as it was with shadowlands we wont need to touch the dragon isles after pre patch drops.
Although if you don’t go to the dragon Isles I do wonder how new players are introduced to dragonriding but I don’t think it’ll be a big issue.
10-70, the new default experience for new players is dragonflight. That being said, chromie works as always, she’s just extended to lvl 70. So, yes, you can play dragonflight at 10 if you want, you can be in BFA at 70, if you want.
As for flying, you can use regular flying in the dragon isles, of course, though I imagine it still requires the achievement it does now. I don’t think anything was posted about it
I don’t think anything was posted about it specifically but going off Shadowlands still requiring you to max your renown in order to fly, I am guessing you will need the achievement on your account. You only have to do it once!
