Turbo Boost issue - All Dungeons on Mythic 12 completed but can't buy the items

So I rushed and completed all mythic dungeons on 12s on time ofc and now turbo boost is here i can’t buy anything because game says it’s not completed… Turbo Boost works like a charm…

same here, have all 12s times, resilient, all required achievments, 3k rating, cant buy floodgate or Tazavesh stuff

I too am impacted by this issue I have completed al dungeons on +12 in time and have achieved resilient keystones but only items from Hall of atonement and Razavesh are purchasable.

Those happen to be the two dungeons that I have timed on +13!

I’m also facing the same problem but, for some reason, I can buy the Pulsating, Sunblood and Cursed, all from HoA, but nothing else.

Same problem on my main. It has been since Tuesday evening for NA players also impacted by this major bug. Some news about an incoming fix would be appreciated, Blizzard CS ignore people’s tweet about this matter.

We really feel excluded from the event while we worked hard to get the achievement before it. Seeing other players being able to buy their bis trinket and not us is really disheartening, seeing that no new info about is given is even more saddening, it ruins the rest of the season for us.

It appears that the items are gradually unlocking as I time dungeons - I saw a theory on the US forums that only runs since the start of 11.2.5 are counting and my experience of seems to support that!

That is what i am thinking. There is a major bug in their flagging system for the accounts.
they probably limited the flag of the achievement at the patch release and not before, because all streamers i saw log in the day of the reset had all their mythic + trinkets unlocked, because they time those keys every weeks.

For players who did the achievement before and went on remix for exemple or did other things, the bug is there, they just need to flag like season 2, during season 2 my achievement before the turbo boost patch was correctly flagged, not here.

It is also due to the fact they timegated the event two weeks after the patch, it probably messed up stuff (and since on the PTR it was not tested like that, the vendors were not available, nobody could see the problem).

A blue post would be nice to give an update about the situation, it is a major bug that Blizzard is 100 % responsible of, players did their part, have their achievement and are litteraly excluded from the event still 3 days after.
