Turn off XP gain but i cant find Behsten

I have been in stormwind keep trying to change all timelines but i only saw a bunch of people standing facing Anduin, in the other room where i could stop xp gain, there is no one…

i have tried to change my timeline no success, im warrior level 30.

any tips please?

If you see Anduin it means you’re phased as he’s no longer there. You need to complete whatever quest put you in that phase.
