I would personaly love to be able to turn off World quests, i hate when im trying to do a questline or just flying around, and suddenly a textbox pop up becouse i fly over some world quest and the dialog box interrupts what ever im doing.

You can’t turn off world quests, but you can turn off the annoying talking-head pop-up.
You may be able to do it in the Blizzard screen edits - I don’t know - but there are addons for it.
