Step2. Slap Shadowform visuals on Power Word: Shield while Shadow specced
Step3. Add 10% damage buff from removed Shadowform as passive or compensate us somehow for that lose.
Profit. You look like normal human being and you are spamming that shield to look purple anyway. You no longer have LIGHT shield as well

Shadowform is a Deep part of Shadows Orgin and you’d remove aLARGE piece of what makes Shadow shadow currently removing it realistically.
How often you are using PW:Shield ? Its enough. Not to mention that Heartsbane Grimoire exist… its the same but better.
Depends on game mode, generally playing a DPS In a M+, your wasting GCDs for 0 reason spamming Power Word Shield.
ur losing DPS to do such, just do the mechanics and avoid the damage instead of sacrificng DPS to get around it . you shouldnt need Power Word Shield in Group or raid content.

It’s not like we’ll see shadowform a lot with the uptime on VF/DA looking like it is. I’ve also been playing necrolord for 1 1/2 years so I’ve no idea what my character looks like. A smoky, green marble I think?
I’d be pretty cool with shadowform becoming optional, just, I’d probably still opt in.
Its good having spells on different spellschools. Maybe they could make a glyph or something like this, but dont change the spellschool please
