Turning pvp pieces into tier sets

correct me if im wrong

but the system now is that you can freely turn any pvp piece you have into one of the tier set pieces, at any moment you want, and with no cap on how many times you can do it?

or is there still limitations?

You get a “charge” every week, till a maximum of 8.
You can see how many charges you have by clickung the “catalyst” or hows it called. (Im playing with german client)

You get 1 charge every 2 weeks. Next reset will be the second charge.
