Hey all,
I am trying to do Underwater Menace daily fishing quest in Tyrhold for the achievement, but somehow the quest giver doesn’t have any quest for me. It should be daily and I didn’t do any of these today. Also I am max rep with Iskaraa, have harpoon and did all daily quests beside that one. Am I missing something? Aren’t they daily or they spawn only for some holes per day?
i might be wrong but i think i saw the two fishing holes change each week? might need to wait to wednesday, trying to do the achieve myself 
The fishing daily location moves around. So you’d have to wait for it to rotate back to the location you are missing achievements from.
Just to add to what Punyelf said. The locations that the fishing dailies are at each week are shown on the world map as a big fish icon.

Only those weird RNG achievements left, like one bakhar color from Hunts and Seething Cache treasure. It drives me crazy 
I’m actually not too sure about that. Yesterday I was trying to find the same daily and the fish icon has always been at the ruby life pools for me. But i was able to do the Net Worth daily quest in the azure span. So there were 2 dailies available. Doing one of them removed the other one. But today after the daily reset, there’s no daily except the one near the ruby life pools
