Only seen them drop once, Ran with a coupple friends, a warrior and a rogue, and me being warrior aswell… Guess who got em?, The rogue ofcourse. And i let my warrior friend have them, as he has been putting in a lot of effort trying to get them, while i’ll do a run or two each 6 months or so. With things this rare… you start to belive in all sorts of things… So try bringing a rogue or someone else who can’t equip them! 
Saw a screenshot on reddit of a guy who got 2 Tusks on the same kill.
I am sorry xD But someone has to tell you the potential insanity you face haha.
I am incredibly lucky, I got tusks in 26 runs, and I got both warglaives in…2 runs. I’ve done more runs of karazhan trying to get gorehowl than tusks lol.
Such a rollercoaster experience. It’s hate love being a farmer.

I think if this raid had a skip I would be more inclined to run it more than I have for these shoulders haha

Yeah I do it once every like… two months or so. Just getting to Garrosh is a waste of time in itself.

I indeed agree with you, BUT also it would remove the rarity of the tusks imo. Then it would be like you get a mount that you use for a while, then when you get a new one you change it and it becomes your main mount, if you know what i mean
