I ran Mythic Highmaul last night. I killed the Twin Ogrons after they died the barriers, that close when you start the fight will not reopen. I did not receive any loot from the Twin Ogrons and I have still got aggro from something. Also according to the raid log the Twin Ogrons are still ‘available’. I have submitted a bug report but was wondering if this has happened to any one else, as this is the first time I have ran Mythic Highmaul?

You are not the only player that has reported he or she encountered similar issues, recently.
The best way to proceed would be to add your report to the ones already sent to the developers 
You can do that by pressing the ESC key, once you’re in-game, and then clicking on “Help” and “Report Bug”.

It’s not just Twin Ogron either, though I have made a bug report on it already. Conclave of the Four Winds is messed up as well.
Thankfully you can still reach and defeat Al’Akir, but Council wouldn’t drop any loot.

It looks like they don’t care much about past content. … This bug was here 2018 is here 2019 and we keep getting new expansions while old content gets zero attention. I am disapppointed.
