Hey, disclaimer to open, I do have a main character that I will continue to level and enjoy end-game content with.
I have never taken part in “twinking” before, but given how easy it is to get your covenant ability on alts, I’d quite like to give it a go, specifically a level 59 character.
I read somewhere that Blizzard forced twinks to play in their own BG, meaning that you can’t roflstomp regular players levelling their alts. Is this true?
They only way you can twink is making a lvl 20 twink

Why is that so? When I join BGs as a level 52, everyone is scaled to 59. This means players are separated into level brackets. Does gear not apply for BGs with level 59 players? Why wouldn’t it?
All non 20-29 brackets are dead cus XPoff and XPon queues are separated. Lvl 20 twink can bypass the system by using trial accounts

And is it easy to achieve a stronger level 20 twink, than a questing level 29 character?

20 ofc, you won’t be able to play on 29 because it’s gonna be xpoff character
