I play from anywhere from midday to 8pm english alliance all throughout the week. My queues are never more than 8 mins at literally any bracket. They tend to become longer after around 10pm I notice.
I’m currently leveling, on alliance, through BGs:
3 level 20s+
1 level 30+
2 level 40+
1 level 60+
1 level 90+
And those have pushed through the brackets below them in pvp too. Literally every bracket has pretty good queue times for me. Even my Horde shaman who I was playing earlier today, at level 24, was getting 4 min queues or less. One queue was 20 seconds.
