So I connected my account to twitch and watched streams, got the dragon kite pet and that worked. But when I did the same thing for Feldrake mount, this never showed up in-game. Now again for cenarion hatchling.
Why are they running this scam? I will not continue to be subscribed unless resolved.
Also blizzard are not responding on tickets, I’ve been waiting for a response in another ticket since 16 November!!!
It’s low priority and has no impact on your gaming experience which is why you have been waiting so long. It’s a bottom of the pile problem and other more important issues get put infront of yours.
As for the drop, stupid question but you sure the streamer had the drop?
Meanwile i got everything ingame. Scam!
You pressed the button on the twitch drops tab to claim your reward, right? And are you sure you got the required time? And you were patient because it was written that rewards don’t have to come right away.
Just wait, it took 24 days for the kite to arrive for me, ten seconds for the feldrake, around 12 hours for the hatchling (that actually arrived with the kite) and ten seconds for the windsteed.
It is buggy, slow for some and instant for other but (touch wood) they do eventually arrive.
My wife, and 2 sons and myself all have the drops fine - its very simple, connect your account, watch the streams, claim the items. No issues on all accounts.
I’m glad it worked out for your wifes son and the other guy in the thread, but i’ve definitely not done anything wrong, 0 issues on my end entirely a problem on blizz end.
I saw that I had received the swift windsteed now on twitch, tried to claim that but of course that didnt work either.
Try disconnecting your Twitch account from Battle.net and then reconnecting it again. When you are connecting the same Twitch account, you are not subject to the 7 day cool-down period.
Twitch asked me to add 2FA and all my drops showed connection required afterwards although they were still showing as connected on the respective game accounts. Disconnecting and reconnecting solved the problem.
There was a problem with the Feldrake and Kite for the very first people to claim, but that’s been fixed now and the mounts have arrived.
As others have said, double check you claimed, check the stream(s) you watched had those particular drops (not all streamers had all the drops), try the disconnecting/reconnecting solution Teara suggested. If all else fails, make a bug report ingame. Blizzard might see something else needs tweaking like they did for the Feldrake.
I watched asmongold, if it wasnt enabled then how could it still appear and be claimed on twitch? And why did it worked for the first pet but nothing after? It’s the same wow and twitch accounts…
