Twitch Drops Problem Hood of Hungering Darkness

Hey,

I obtained all 3 twitch prime drops in the summer. Items were that in the below as you know.

Jewel of the Firelord
Hood of Hungering Darkness
Crown of Eternal Winter

I wasnt playing the game that time, my twitch and battle.net accounts are correct.
Now 2 days ago i logged in to the game, cant see the items in my collection. I only have crown of eternal winter, cuz I already have that before that twitch promotion. For example, I got Swift Windsteed 2 weeks ago, and my subscription wasnt active, but I have it. Any chance to claim that helmets in any way?

Weren’t they actually from an active Amazon Prime account?

Some transmog items appear and disappear at will and they still haven’t fixed it yet.
