I made a ticket, Was already annoyed at feeling like I was going to miss out if I didn’t do gift subs on Twitch. Now it doesn’t even work.
They closed my ticket without even saying anything. Nice Customer service. Not like it was free.

When you click redeem, make sure it opens
“eu.battle.net” and not “us.battle.net” you might have to edit the url in the browser. The code you’ve been given as an EU player won’t work on the US redemption servers.

I’m starting to think Blizzard issued me with a US code instead of an EU one… because I gifted the subs to a US streamer… My wow account that is linked to twitch is an EU account. This is beyond stupid if that’s the case.
Can support please swap my code for one that works?

My friend just did the sub thing got the code and the pet code worked, yet mine isn’t.
Stop closing my tickets this cost me money.
