Hardware acceleration in your browser. Happens when your graphics card reaches full load in the game and there’s nothing left for the browser task.
You can try disabling hardware acceleration or you can temporarily cap your framerate at a number that’s lower than what it’s capable of. Quick command for that is:
/console maxfps 60 (or other number - 0 disables it)
