No, but paying a sub should allow you to get everything that was ever made through in-game means. 
So what exactly must I do to get them things? Just watch someone play the game for 4 hours few times?

Link twitch account to bnet account. Open a stream streaming under the WoW Dragonflight category. Mute the stream. Have it run in the background. Profit.

Same way goes with the Savage Raptor. And when Isle of Giants were released along with Throne of Thunder raid patch in MoP, you could obtain 3 new raptors on that island. And 1 of those had the exakt same skin as the Savage Raptor.

So this is what stopping hemorrhaging looks like, giving away free tcg loot which is no longer possible to earn fairly by supporting the company by normal means, I like it.
But I’d still rather DF be post poned cause I don’t see it playable in a months time.
You create a twitch account. Then you link that twitch account to your Battle net account in the way blizzard described it in their post. After that, during the time blizzard told us, you log into Twitch with your linked Twitch account and go to the WoW Dragonflight section and click on any stream in that category.
Then you either watch the stream for the designated time or, like a normal person, you mute said stream and have it run in the background for the required time. After the time has been met you will receive your reward in due time (either instant or with some delay)

Most players don’t have the drake and they will therefore be happy about the prospect of getting it.
Few players have the drake, so the amount of complaining about others getting it will therefore be low.

What strikes me as most ironic is that the drake used to be limited in its availability because the TCG cards are no longer printed. Now Blizzard have decided to bring it back as a twitch reward that will be limited to certain dates.
We took the limited supply and made it unlimited, and instead we made the time limited. GG.

Is there a timer for these that shows how much you’ve watched or if you’ve reached the required milestone?
That should go for everything, right? For example I missed the spectral wind rider and tyrael’s chargers, they were never rare mounts but I wasn’t a collector yet back then.
So if they make the feldrake, a mount that 1 in 200 people have, basically a handout, then it should also be so for other unobtainable mounts, but apparently some are kept unobtainable, even if they weren’t very rare in the first place.

Tbh I’m really happy that they bring back item like this, if you are collecting them it’s insane but it ruin the prestige giving it for free :s
