Hi Y’all,
Finally got myself a twitter account and would like to use the ingame functionality. When I sign in I get an error 118 the browser could not complete your request. Please try again.
Ive tried it signed and unsigned out from my Twitter account.
Ive closed down wow and battle net and reloaded them
Ive reset my wtf,cache and the other folder that I cant recall
Ive disabled addons.
None of the above works, its been like this for days.
A search on google brings up old posts that haven’t helped.
Can anyone please help me?

There are a few possible causes for errors like this, so I’ve got a couple of suggestions for things that might help
First, I’d suggest closing down the game heading into the folder where you have World of Warcraft installed, then into the _retail_ folder, and deleting the folder named Utils. Loading up the game will re-make that folder with default values, basically resetting the Twitter integration in the game
If that doesn’t help, then it could be down to security software blocking the connection. The most effective way is to perform a Selective Startup, which basically restarts your operating system in a way that nothing else loads up which may interfere
