Question 1: Why on earth Freezing Winds and Chain Reaction are tied to Icy Veins? Does this 3 min boring CD really need 6 additional Talent points to spend?
Question 2: Why Water Elemental gameplay has been destroyed? It was like 30% of the spec thematic in the past. You could easily give Comet Storm and Ray Of Frost to Elemental, buff its Water Bolt damage and return two Fingers of Frosts + Brainfreeze proc to Freeze ability, if you hit 1-3 targets.
