I am currently trying to set my secondaries values, on a resto druid, and I have two values: when I open the char tab, I see 34% haste, but when I hover the mouse over haste, it sais 4412 [+25.95%]. Which one should I consider? I am trying to get close to 30%, not more so I dont get the 10% penalty ( I understand its 10% penalty for haste between 30-40%).
Can anybody help?
LE: can it be that my items give me 25% haste and I get extra haste from gems? Does the haste from gems count towards the cap?
