CS, and GMs for that matter, can’t help you with issues in Testing. You need to use the in game reporting tool.
I already did and sent a ticket also but no solution for now…

I can see you already created a thread in the appropriate forum section so will close this one.
Please do not create support tickets for beta issues though, as Game Masters wouldn’t be able to assist directly.
Thanks for your help with the testing, and hopefully any issues with the character creation can be resolved quickly so you can get all set up.
