Returned to game after a while.
I boosted a character to level 70, name of my character Domitilla-Runetotem.
I started the The War Within Campaign and after taking the quest from Khadgar I go to Dalaran surface but it is not instanced.
So I can see other player but not the quest I should do to continue the TWW Campaign.
Hope someone can help me.

UPDATE
Solved.
Did all intro quest from BFA to Dragonflight.
Thano went to do the Warband initial quest in Tanaris.
By the way this is crazy.
