I started the Harbinger and War Within quest chains earlier and wanted to finish them now before going to Khaz Algar. I did the Harbinger up to the last quest Radiant Warnings but Khadgar wasn’t in Dalaran so I couldnt talk to him and complete the quest.
I read that he will be phased out once you start The War Within, the first quest in the chain where you go to Silithus, but he will show up again if you abandon it. My problem is that I had already done the first quests in the chain until Magni and the others get to Dalaran and they stay there even if I abandon the quest and Khadgar doesn’t show up.
I continued with the war within chain instead and started questing in the new zones before going back to dalaran but Khadgar was still missing. The void portal to the rift is still there and I can abandon Radiant Warnings and go in to get it back but it doesn’t make Khadgar reappear.
I have early acces and I tried partying up with a friend without to see if I would phase to his char that hasn’t done either harbinger or war within but even if he was right next to Khadgar and Alleria I couldn’t see them.
I made a ticket and got a response within hours that since abandoning the quests didn’t work they can’t help so I should make a bug report instead. It seems only the us forum has a bug report category but I can’t post there without a us character?
