Is it me, or is Radiant Glory not working right. Wake of Ashes only sometimes activates Wings, which makes it really hard to set up any kind of burst. Im guessing that the Holy Power procs of wings is triggering some kind of internal CD, but its nerfing that talent quite a bit if it is and I dont think it should be.

Thank you. Glad im not going crazy
From what I have experienced so far, it only seems to proc about 50% of the time for me if Im lucky. I submitted Bug, hopefully will be fixed soon
