TWW Treasures on spawn timers

This actually got me bummed out.

Treasures for achievements on a spawn timer of an hour after they are looted. either by yourself or someone else.
Why is this decision made? all treasures in TWW give renown, and 3-4 treasures per zone seem to have a spawn timer.

Especially with a new expansion launch, a lot of people will be looking / collecting them for the Renown reward.

I literally dont get it, and i could understand it, if Renown gains between WQ’s and treasures was turned around.

World Quests: 150 Renown per faction
Treasures: 50 Renown per ‘‘spawn timer treasure’’

But no, the spawn timer treasures give 150 renown each, so you actually can get alot of Renown through them…
Once again: bad choice for a timegate in my eyes.

I just read of wowhead that people waited over 110 minutes for some treasures.

With servers at high population it’s nearly impossible task to complete.

Who came up with this bad design? Treasures should be one time thing and always ready to be looted.

Was doing a treasure in Hallowfall last night.
It is a very minor mini event of collecting a light buff.

After receiving said buff, you should see a chest. But this treasure is on a spawn timer aswell, and the only way to “know” if you can get it, is to do the event everytime and hope the chest is there.

Please Blizzard, hotfix treasures to be just always there for everyone, rares being on timers is more than enough.

We dont need timegated treasures we can only loot once for Renown anyway

Waited for about an hour for respawn, someone came and instantly grabbed it.
What a stty design this is.

I agree, the respawn times are ridiculous. I don’t understand why the decision was made to have respawn times, why not just have the one time treasures always there? I’ve now been waiting for a treasure for half an hour, emoting /shoo at people that come to lurk for the treasure. Always being able to find the one time treasures was one of the best things in the game, please fix this. I just want to finish off my treasure achievements without standing around for hours and hours and HOURS. I could be levelling up alts, picking herbs, getting exploded by alchemy experimentation, running dungeons with guildies. But no, I’m standing here, waiting for a treasure to spawn, hoping that nobody swoops in and takes it.

With warbound gear looted from some timegated treasures…

That is maybe the worst ones. Some warbound items from treasures and then they are timegated.
Mega useful for alt leveling or endgame gearing this early on.
But if you are unlucky you wont be able to get your hands on it till patch 11.3 and never make use of said items or renown gains.
