My edit UI menu seems to be corrupted somehow.
Screenshot taken is without any addons and after deleting the cache and WTF folders after restarting the game.
It only seems to be one character that’s affected - is there some way to reset this?
I have a similar problem. My Bar 1 of actionbars is frozen in a random spot and Hud Edit Mode cannot shift it. Plus trying to move the other bars does not save. Very buggy. Also when I try to switch to another preset layout the problem persists.

The only thing I’ve found that helps with this is switching between the profiles using the dropdown and eventually things move things back to the right place after repeating them a few times. It seems I need to do this every time I log in or reload the UI though.

I have similar issues, I can’t move target/focus frame, cant resize objective tracker, things don’t save when I press save and edit mode just bugs out when I leave it and stays on, sometimes disabling my ESC completely.
What’s strange is that it has only affected my 3 60 characters, my alts seem unaffected and edit mode works perfectly on them. It’s a shame though since the are my alts and the mains are currently unplayable as the UI is a hot mess that cannot be edited.
Having any addons on or off do not seem to make any difference, what so ever.
Same issue here, except its happening only with the “Objective tracker” for me.
I also check the US forums when it comes to such issues and this is what I stumbled on. Its working and its a temporary fix but I dont think ppl should be deleting their “WTF” folder, which holds all macros, keybindings, addOn variables etc. Hopefully Blizzard reacts quick on and push some hotfixes as soon as possible
